He has worked in prestigious venues like the Four Seasons Buenos Aires and trained at notable institutes like Universidad Siglo XXI and Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía (IAG) with experts Ariel Rodriguez Palacios and Osvaldo Cross.Max is dedicated to refining his craft through continuous education, aiming to maintain the highest standards in hospitality.
